Things to do on the journey to 30

I was doing a career assessment today, and, to no surprise, I am a planner. I like to look at the future and plan things out. It gives me something to look forward to. So here are the things I plan to do by the time I'm 30:

1) Find a job - a steady one that pays the mortgage and actually lets you get a mortgage
2) Launch online business
3) Complete CFA Level I (or decide I don't want to do it)
4) Be enrolled in MBA program (or decide I don't want to do it)
5) Finish this blog
6) Start writing -- a fiction novel?
7) Buy some property
8) Have a proper investment plan - this is important and relatively easy; I'm embarrassed that for all my years of being in trading, most of my money is in cash

Hrm... that is quite a long list... but I am excited. I feel like I am really spending the time pursuing my passions, for the first time in my life. Onwards with life! :)
